Last Friday, Cincinnati police had a DUI checkpoint on Hamilton Avenue at North Bend Road in College Hill 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. They said 711 vehicles passed through in that time. Eight drivers were arrested for drunk driving, six drivers were arrested for driving under suspension, and 105 drivers or occupants were cited for failure to wear a seat belt."
