Ann S. Banaszewski, 45, was arrested Monday by Wheaton police as she drove away from a McDonald's. Banaszewski, the daughter of Justice Antonin Scalia, is facing charges of drunken driving and child endangerment. Attorney Donald Ramsell said he will represent Banaszewski.
