Kay Ellen Kershaw, 40, who pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, received the standard sentence for first-time DUI offenders. While Horton was writing her ticket, she also drove off -- twice. Horton tacked on a fleeing charge, but Sullivan dismissed the felony.
